Engineered in Europe,

Vinyl & Hybrid Sheet Piling.
Certified watertight, chemical-resistant, 50-year barriers for tailings-dam cut-offs, evaporation ponds, flood protection
and containment. Pietrucha vinyl and hybrid sheet piles — supplied and engineered by a geotechnical engineer.
European manufacturing (ISO 9001:2015) · ASTM D8427-21 · USACE EM 1110-2-2502 · Drinking-water certified
20+ years · present in ~40 countries on 5 continents.
Six problems that show up on every flood and containment job
— sooner or later.
“A tailings dam or pond that seeps is a catastrophe waiting to happen.”
Contamination, lost brine, regulatory shutdown, reputational damage — seepage is the risk that ends projects.
“Steel corrodes and concrete cracks in aggressive ground.”
Chemicals, brine and waste exposure destroy conventional barriers from the inside out.
“The cut-off wall leaks until the locks clog — if they ever do.”
A bare interlock is not a seal. Sealing on site is slow, costly, and unreliable.
“Will the regulator and the lender accept it?”
Without certification and a track record, the barrier is a question mark.
“Heavy steel is brutal to install in remote sites.”
Cranes, mobilization, and big crews where access is hardest.
“Is the material safe for water and the environment?”
Containment near potable water and sensitive ecosystems demands proof, not promises.
You can keep patching the symptom, or change what’s in the ground.
I’ll tell you — and when vinyl isn’t the answer, I’ll say that too.

A full European product range
EcoLock
Vinyl (PVC) sheet piles for shoreline protection, retaining and cut-off walls. Made of 100% recycled material. Gasket as an option. Produced in Europe since 2007. Prooven worldwide.
Hollow-chamber M-HEX
Chamber profiles that can be reinforced with timber posts or steel pipes for higher stiffness and load capacity. With this solution you can build cost-effective, aesthetic seawall.
SuperLock (hybrid)
Hybrid sheet piles made of PVC reinforced with glass fibre — extending the range to heavier retained loads and into projects previously reserved for light steel sheet piles.
Built to strict European production standards
Engineered and quality-controlled to ISO 9001:2015 and Factory Production Control — consistent material, consistent interlock, consistent wall, project after project.
Certified safe for drinking water
The profile material is certified neutral to drinking water by the National Institute of Hygiene (PZH) — a specific, documented proof point for potable-water, water-control and environmentally sensitive sites.
Lower footprint by design
Made from PVC (density 1.44 g/cm³ vs. ~7.86 g/cm³ for steel — over 5× lighter material), with a low carbon footprint and closed-cycle recyclability after 50 years of service.
Geotechnical support, not just product
Profile type and length selection, the right installation method, and the DeepEx calculation software for cut-off, retaining and flood cases — plus installation-team training and on-site assistance when needed.
What you can build
Embankment & shoreline protection
Flood walls, dykes & levees
Banks with variable water levels
Anti-filtration cut-offs around tailings dams, landfills & industrial sites
Marinas & harbours
Retaining & cut-off walls with anchoring systems
Vinyl Sheet Piles with Integrated Gasket
The gasketed version of the EcoLock and SuperLock profiles for cut-off, containment and flood control where a seal is non-negotiable.
Sealed at the lock — immediately
A soft-PVC gasket is co-extruded into the lock during manufacturing and thermally bonded along the full profile length — not glued by hand on site. The lock seals the moment the wall is driven.
You save time and money
Comparing to steel sheet piles- product is already sealed when delivered to the site. Comparing to other technologies – much easier, quicker and cheaper to install.
Independently certified
Lock-tightness certified by the Institute of Fluid-Flow Machinery at the Łódź University of Technology — laboratory-verified, not just claimed.
Chemical resistant
Built for tailings-dam cut-offs, evaporation ponds and contaminated-site containment — where the migration of pollutants must be stopped. On dams and ponds the gasketed wall is the anti-filtration cut-off element, designed by your engineer alongside the structure.
What it stops
Seepage & groundwater migration
Brine loss in evaporation ponds
Pollutant migration from tailings & industrial sites
The piping effect in dams & levees
Water loss from restored wetlands & peat bogs
Saltwater intrusion into coastal aquifers
A documented international track record across
exactly the project types Latin America is building now.
Tailings-dam anti-filtration barriers
Long gasketed cut-offs driven into varied ground to contain mining waste.
Evaporation ponds (lithium / potash brine)
Watertight pond walls that retain valuable brine and protect surrounding ground (e.g., brine reservoir, Wiluna, Australia).
Flood-protection walls
River-embankment barriers in weak, variable soils, installed with an excavator.
Peatland & wetland protection
Impermeable barriers that hold groundwater levels in sensitive ecosystems.
