Stop Rebuilding Walls
That Rust, Rot, and Leak.

A 50+ year, corrosion-free wall that installs with an excavator — and seals watertight on day one.
Vinyl sheet piles for seawalls, bulkheads, flood walls and cut-off barriers,
specified and supplied by a geotechnical engineer.

Made in the USA · ASTM D8427-21 · USACE EM 1110-2-2502

Sound familiar?

If you build or specify waterfront and
water-control walls, you know these too well.

“The steel seawall rusted out — again.”

Corrosion turns a ‘permanent’ wall into a replacement project. Coatings buy time, then fail.

“Timber rotted and the borers finished it off.”

Marine borers and decay quietly destroy timber piling below the waterline.

“Concrete cracked and spalled.”

Heavy, brittle, and unforgiving in a marine environment.

“We need a crane and a full crew just to set the wall.”

Steel and concrete are heavy. Mobilization and labor eat the budget before the first sheet is driven.

“The cut-off wall leaks until the soil clogs the locks — if it ever does.”

A bare interlock isn’t a seal. Sealing locks on site is slow, messy, and expensive.

“Will the authority accept it? Does it meet ASTM and USACE?”

Specify the wrong product and the submittal comes back rejected.

Steel, timber and concrete all fail the same way here — slowly, then all at once.
PVC doesn’t corrode, rot or spall. The rest is getting the profile and the embedment right, and that’s my job.

50+ years, corrosion-free

No rust, no rot, no marine borers, no toxic coatings — UV-stabilized engineered PVC that keeps its strength and its look, with a design life exceeding 50 years.

Lower installed cost

Up to ~40× lighter per square metre than steel — light enough to drive with an excavator press or a compact vibrohammer. Less equipment, less crew, faster walls.

Engineered for the job

A box profile with an optimized interlock for strong resistance to declutching. Meets ASTM D8427-21 (Rigid PVC sheet-piling profiles) and USACE EM 1110-2-2502 (flood walls and hydraulic retaining walls).

Where vinyl earns its place — and where it doesn’t

PVC stiffness governs before strength. As a free cantilever in medium sands, PESC-24 is realistic to roughly 3–4 ft of exposed height; above that we move to an anchored scheme (up to 10 ft), a stiffer hybrid, or steel — and we’ll tell you which. An honest ‘no’ with the right alternative beats an overspecified wall.

Made in the USA + full system

Manufactured in North Carolina by Pietrucha ESC Inc., with corners, caps, tie rods, walings, ground anchors and an installation mandrel from one source — American-made supply with a proven global pedigree behind the profile.

Made in the USA + full systemLess expensive per foot — before you count anything else

Forget lifecycle math for a second: PVC costs less per foot of material than steel sheet pile, and the price isn’t chained to the steel market. On one documented cut-off wall, the vinyl material bill came in roughly 80% below the steel alternative it replaced. Where vinyl fits the loads, it’s usually the cheapest thing you can put in the ground that lasts 50 years.

100% watertight at the locks — immediately

A soft-PVC gasket is co-extruded into the female lock during manufacturing. The wall seals at the lock the moment it’s driven — no waiting for soil to clog the locks, no cement-soil curing, no sealant applied by hand on site.

Independently certified

The gasketed interlock is certified 100% tight by the Institute of Fluid-Flow Machinery at the Łódź University of Technology — laboratory-verified, not just claimed.

Chemical resistant

Built for tailings-dam cut-offs, evaporation ponds and contaminated-site containment — where stopping pollutant migration is the whole point. On these works the Ecoseal wall is the anti-filtration cut-off barrier, designed by your engineer alongside the structure.

Lower footprint, instant savings

Delivered already watertight — no on-site lock-sealing step — and a materially lower carbon footprint than steel.

What you can build with Ecoseal

Cut-off & containment barriers & Tailings Dam

Dam-stabilization cut-offs

Evaporation ponds (lithium / potash brine)

Groundwater & seepage control

Flood walls & levees

Peatland & wetland barriers

Proven on cut-off and containment projects internationally — tailings-dam cut-off (Kazakhstan,  evaporation pools (Australia). .
